Combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR)
I work with MKUTA, the national umbrella organization for tuberculosis (TB) patients in Tanzania. MKUTA is building bridges between clients, between communities and within the health system. Working across 64 districts, we support the TB community by providing trainings and ensuring reporting standards to the National TB program. Additionally, we coordinate between different community organizations to ensure that we identify and provide the best services for people with TB symptoms. Because all of us need to be resistance fighters.
